Hi all,
I have some trouble to fill out the form to enter in MEX.

I've tried on Chrome, Firefox and iPhone... do you have any trouble to fill out this? How can I do to fix it?

They appear to have abandoned the health questionnaire according to reports from various sites. For what it is worth, the form link was attached to check in emails from AeroMexico previously, but on my most recent one last week it was no longer included. There was no mention of it upon my arrival at MEX

So, if I've understood well, it is not necessary anymore?

It was NEVER required to fly into Mexico City. And more recently it was totally discontinued throughout the entire country of Mexico.

Haven't had to fill that ridic form out since last year.

I had to complete it even just to check in @ SCL early January. Of course, no one checked @ MEX, where arrivals (both migraciones and baggage claim) were one of Earth's great super spreader events.

At that time, Mexico was the only country in the world with no entry requirements, save completing an online form that said "I no sick.".
