Hand sanitizer allowance in Mexico
TSA has made an exception for hand sanitizer to allow up to 12oz instead of 3oz.

Anyone know if Mexico has done similar? I have an 8oz bottle I'll take with me on an upcoming trip - probably won't use all of it, but not sure if I will be able to bring the rest back or have to give it up.

but could you buy a couple of empty travel size plastic bottles before your trip ie 3 x 3ozs and decant the 8oz bottle into 3 bottles?

I found some wipes that I will take along with a 3oz bottle. That should be enough to get through the trip.
