NEW Mexican Aviation Law and Consumer Protection Law Changes (June 2017)

Approved by the Chamber of Deputies on Tuesday, passed on to the Chamber of Senators. |
All of the above rules were published yesterday (26 June 2017) in the Official Journal (DOF) and are legally valid from today on.
Airlines have a grace period of 90 days counting from today to update their procedures (computer systems, etc.) in order to comply with the new regulations. Links to the decrees updating these regulations (in Spanish):
