Taxi cost from BJX airport to Leon city center
 
Anyone have any idea of this cost? Last time I went was in 2010 and it was 270 pesos. My hotel is charging 380, seems high but currency has fluctuated a lot in six years.

The currency has devalued considerably in that time - from ~12.30 to $17.44 MXN.

Sadly Gas prices does not fluctuate in Mexico
 
The difference may be of steady increment of gas prices and inflation in Mexico, and even the hotel has its cut. Convert the price in US and youŽll be paying more or less the same.
