Puerto Vallarta - medical facilities for English-speaking tourists

My father requires dialysis.
My mother-in-law has a cardiac arrhythmia, plus hypertension and diabetes.

So let us say I want them at some future time, accompany us to P.V./N.V

For my father, is there a good dialysis centre (center) serving English-speaking tourists?

For either one of them, is there an high quality hospital serving English speaking tourists?

Have any of you developed a medical problem that required urgent medical attention? How did it go?

Would you recommend English speaking tourists (no Spanish spoken) with serious, but stable, medical problems to visit the area, and be satisfied they can get good medical care - if an unexpected serious medical event developed?

Trip Adviser Question

This is a question that I would list on TripAdvisor's Puerto Vallarta forum. There are many active members who are expats, who live there and are really familiar with the medical facilities and services on the ground.

You would get 50 responses about this subject for every one posted here.
