Day trip from SJD to PVR?

Is this possible/advisable by boat/ferry?

Not that I have ever heard of. It is 290 nautical miles, so even in a car, on a bridge, going 60mph it would take 5 hours each way.... You could fly, but even that would eat up a bunch of your time.

You are welcome. You can take the ferry to Mazatlan, but I think it is 17 or 18 hours.

Aeroméxico one way is via MEX - six hours anyway. $636 round trip.

Ferry from Pichilingue to Mazatlán plus bus time from Los Cabos to La Paz and Mazatlán to Pto. Vallarta.
