Dental Care Tourism

Not exactly a mileage run, but I'm seeking some quality dental care near or in a Mexican resort. Any experiences or recommendations? Obviously I would be focusing on a clinic that caters to Americans and Canadians. Thanks

Yes, wrong forum, but we can calculate value in CPM: cents per molar!!

Dentist humor FTW.

An open jaw ticket would work best...

Look at Lima too. My in-laws are a family of dentists down there and they did a lot of medical tourism. Implants in the US cost more than a ticket down and a few nights in a hotel.

I've also heard good things about Costa Rica for dentistry, and, if you want a completely different direction, Hungary.

Or you can just cross the border to Tijuana, get your stuff fixed, and go to Rosario/Ensenada afterwards (30-90minutes from Tijuana).

San Miguel de Allende in Mexico has a very large American/Candadian ex-pat/retiree community so you should find docs there pretty easily.

This. I have done it, and saved THOUSANDS of $'s. Flights and hotels are dirt cheap in the winter, and the entire trip can be tax deductible. Fun and fascinating country.
