So what does the Ritz recognize for MR Platinum's? Do you get points for stays or can you redeem points for stays? Do they recognize MR Elite status for upgrades? Any info appreciated.

I would recommend searching the forum as this is a very common question and the easy answer is you get nothing...

Yes, you can redeem points for RC stays but that's it. The points needed for RC stays didn't go up and quite often you can find point savers, so that makes using points for RC stays a pretty good deal when compare with other Marriott Reward hotel awards.

Thanks....I have not tried yet, but how do you search for a Ritz property and check to see how many points needed. Do you do that on the Marriott Site or the Ritz site?
