Marriott Missing Stay Request?
I did search, unsuccessfully, to find this out, and it seems like it'd be a simple question..
How long does it usually take a missing stay request to be reflected in a Marriott Rewards account? I faxed in my form and my folio a few days ago. |
Usually within 2-3 working days of asking. I email mine to MR CS instead but the same principles should apply.

On occasion, I have waited about 7-10 days for it to post and nothing happened. I would then fax over another missing stay request and put in bold print "2nd Request".
It was then taken care of immediately--within 48 hours. |
Not sure if this is the most recent thread on missing stays, but I am frustrated by my lack of progress on a missing 2 night stay.
I swung by the property as I was still in town 2 weeks ago and asked and they said "not their issue". Awesome service. I have submitted online and no reply. I have escalated and received an email requesting the reservation number again. And now nothing for a week...odd? It has been nearly a month since my stay and MegaBonus plus Plat requalification is my concern. |
Does anyone have the gold email for Marriott? I have a missing stay and am getting no response from the online form.

Try the Marriott Insiders page (link from Marriott home page to "community"). The online concierge there are very helpful.

Marriott Missing Stay Request?
Send the Insiders concierge a PM. With the holiday weekend it may take them a couple of days to review all recent posts.

I was able to find this email [email protected] and sent my folio to it. We shall see if I get a response this way. So far quite unimpressed with Marriott CS. Both Starwood and Hilton are light years ahead.
