MC-Website downgrade-MegaBonus Tracker gone
 
Trying to find out how many more mediocre nights I need to spend in a Marriott property, I went to the website to check out the link "promotion progress".

Guess this was to be considered going above and beyond by the IT dept, as it was taken down. NOT ONE SPOT on the entire MR site can one see where they stand on the promotions.

What next-BYOT (bring your own towels?) :D

No problem here. Link at the top of the right hand column of marriott.com home page that reads:
You're registered to earn up to 40,000 MegaBonus points. Make a stay today >>
Clicking on it takes me to the Promotion Progress page. Trust me, I have had many complaints about Marriott IT department including the inaccuracy of the city-wide search for award availability that hasn't worked since October 2007 IT downgrade. But this appears to be working fine for me.

Wow, one can clearly see when it comes to Marriott, you are quite level headed and not prone to have an unbiased opinion. :rolleyes:

Couldn't this have been worded 'I can't find the promotion progress bar anymore, does anyone know what happened?'

It's still there, EASY to find, there is a link on the left-hand side bar.

It took me a click on a bookmark, typing in my password, and one mouse click. RIght where it's always been.

User error?

Thanks for the suggestion on how to word my threads!


And I can tell you 10000% for sure the "promotion progress" option was NOT there!!!!
