Hi everyone!

I just happened to find this website last night and after reading through a lot of old posts I think this place is great! I am a Marriott associate of almost 3 years and look forward to answering some questions that any of you may have. If anyone has any questions regarding Marriott, Marriott Rewards, or any of the limited service brands my PM and e-mail will always be open.

Nice to meet everyone and hopefully talk to you guys soon!

Glad to have you onboard, marriottkid. The more Marriott insiders we have the better. Hopefully, you won't be too discourged as sometimes we can be a little "direct" in both our praise and our critiques of Marriott. But we all tend to have the same goals of having productive and enjoyable stays at Marriott hotels. So don't let any of that discourage you from participating in this forum in specific and FT in general.

After 10 years working in the hotel industry I can say that this will not be a problem. If I can deal with in person in a situation that I can not walk away from then I think dealing with it on an Internet forum won't be to hard. LOL Thank you for the welcome!

Welcome.......I worked for Marriott for 5 1/2 years....ended up as a Housekeeping manager...would go back tomorrow...!:D;)

What brand/area are you in???? FS, CY, Corp..etc.????

Started out in a FS then took a management job in a FIS. Cincinnati/Columbus area.

Cool! Probably near where i was going to stop while driving home from Chicago....but i got too tired!!! Went someplae else! (ohio and indiana got bigger on the drive home!)

Yes exactly! For some reason I always think everyone should know the abbreviations. LOL Sorry.
