Skye Associate Rate

Anyone know what this rate is?

this comes under the LPR (local promo) code

just a clarification I'm not asking an eligibility question here but just want to know what it is in other words what the heck is a skye associate

LPR is Local Promotional Rate.

Skye Associates is located in Colorado (Google is your friend ;) ), so my guess is that this rate is a LPR at a Marriott Property located in Colorado for folks associated with Skye Associates. Just a guess.
