Missing Stay Request not being processed

I've got a couple of stays from February that haven't been credited to my MRW account. I've faxed through the Missing Stay Request and the invoices THREE times now to the number in London on the form, but nothing's happened.

Is there an alternative office I can fax these to? I'm a plat, if that helps.

My advice would be to ring or e-mail the hotel that didn't post the points and nights. I have given up faxing piles of receipts, the actual hotel already has all the relevant information and it gives them a gentle reminder at the same time. I e-mailed Renaissance Chancery Court a couple of weeks back about a missing stay and they had it al sorted in a couple of days.

You need to call Marriott Rewards and speak to someone before faxing in missing stays for credit. If you fax in the missing stays to a specific customer service representative, they will get credited.

Has this happen to me too. Faxed invoice twice, with no success. I used the email link and asked for help. Recieved a reply within about an hour from a customer service represenative with his direct fax number and an offer to just email him a scanned image. Emailed him a copy of the fax and the points showed up within a couple of hours.

I agree with the others on this. Always call first and get a reps name and then fax it to his attention.

Now they also have the ability to look your stay up in their database while you are on the phone. If they find it then you do not need to fax your receipt so always call first.

I have tried to whole missing stay procedure many times:
Call someone and then fax...

I discovered a simpler solution... Call the Elite line...
I called last night and the points showed up this morning...
Brilliant!!!

I call the rewards line, points are usually up within 48 hours.
