trouble getting standard awards
 

I set my alarm and reached an agent at the exact time the hotels were posted (midnight in Utah). I was not able to get a seven day standard award at the Charleston Renaissance for April 19-26 2009 (I need the seven night, because I already have the award). Basically, what this hotel is doing is requiring stay-anytime awards for the week-end. This seems to be happening more and more. It is getting very frustrating to use the air/hotel award, since it is so difficult to get a seven night standard award at many tourist destinations. Does anyone know who to call or what to do about this?
