Fax number for Marriott Corporate?

Does someone have a fax number for Marriott Corporate offices? I have had some interesting telephone and email exchanges with Marriott today that I would like to forward to someone who really cares at Marriott.

I did talk to the Customer service center today and that is where the discussions started. I was hoping to get someone in the corporate offices - like Mr. Marriott himself.

I think you just have to write a letter to the corporate office if you want to do that. I've never seen a corporate fax number on marriott.com

What is your concern? If you give me some details as to the nature of your inquiry, I can research the most appropriate department contact and provide you with that information. Marriott is a big company, so getting to the right person can be a challenge. Please let me know.

Thanks for your confirmation. After 3 phone calls and 2 email exchanges yesterday, I figured out that Marriott has a zillion departments (more than the State of Colorado) and one has to know how to navigate through the bureaucracy. I am just plainly disappointed with Marriott after yesterday. I do not want to waste anymore of my time dealing with Marriott and its departments.

I was hoping to get a corporate fax number so that I could fax them all the irrelevant canned responses from various Marriott departments.

First, I'm sorry for any dissatisfaction. You want to fax somebody some canned responses? Are you upset about something in Rewards? A hotel experience? If you let me know I can try to help you and get you the best contact. You can send me a private message if you want.

I cannot believe I am saying this after all my years of loyalty to Marriott, however, based on very recent interactions with Mr. Marriott's Office, the company obviously no longer cares.

Without getting into specific details of my situations, let's just say I was repeatedly lied to by someone in Mr. Marriott's Office , and the individual on the phone was forced to confess that "the letter you received was an error".

Extremely poor (to say the least) Customer Relations.

P.S. - Some advice Mr. Marriott - your "liasions" really need to lose the arrogant attitudes.
