10,000 megabonus points posting question
 

My account says I've complete the MB promo but I haven't seen the points posted to my account.

I'm assuming the bonus would post under "other points earned area."

The stay that earned me the MB was on Jan. 18.

I've earned the points, as I have had the correct number of stays.

That bonus, however, hasn't appeared on my online statement.

Where and when is it supposed to appear?

Does the online status indicator show your progress for stays...i.e., 40%, 60%...etc.? Mine did and eventually I got the full bonus after the 4th stay.

Not long after my bar reached full on the tracker (say within a week after it did), I saw the following entry in "Other Points Earned":
12/16/06 VISA MEGABONUS PROMOTION
25,000

I'd give them a call and see what's up.

Qualifing night was 1/30 (I think). Bonus was posted under other and dated 1/31.In other words, it posted immediately although I assumed it was posting because the promo was over on 1/31. Have all the hotels turned in your stays for your basic points?

My points were posted shortly after each stay. On my online account page, I saw a progress bar indicating % completion. I ended up completing and obtained 10K points. If you never saw that in your online account, I'd call them and mostly you may have to fax them copy of e-folio to claim points.
Sounds like you might not have registered (or MR might not have recognized it) to Megabonus before you started the program.

My 10,000 posted when the 3rd stay posted.

My megabonus points posted at the same time as my last stay. Agree that you should call/email Marriot.

I have registerd and completed the stays.

Today I did email Marriott for an explanation.

They pointed out where the points had posted- in increments of 2,500. So I did get them. Thanks.
