Advice needed, Best Marriott CUN, PVR or CUR?

I am wanting to pick a good hotel for a family vacation. We're considering the Marriotts in Puerto Vallarta, Curacao, or the JW Cancun. We are looking for a great pool, good beach, and lots of warm sun. We have been to Cancun and Vallarta before, but not the Marriotts. I appreciate any recommendations or insight you can provide.

A search would provide you with a great deal of information regarding all of these locations.

I would quickly eliminate PVR from the list. The beach can't even remotely compare to CUN or CUR. Besides, unless you plan to stay on points I would pick an all-in resort in the Riviera Maya instead. Cheaper, better and more fun.

We just returned from 2 weeks at the PVR property a couple of days ago. This was our 10th or 11th visit there - obviously we like the place.

The beach is wide and long - not as nice as Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, but still quite lovely. Pool boys set out umbrellas and lounges whereever you want along the beach. Lounges at the pool and beach are getting a bit worn, but overall the property is very well maintained. The staff is GREAT - many of them have been there since the hotel opened about 16 years ago. The food in the beachfront restaurant (Las Casitas) is excellent and they have a new, upscale, dinner menu there which we loved (twice). But mostly, we take the local bus into town for 50 cents and find any number of places to eat and walk and enjoy.

I just finished making my Marriott reservations for Curacao about 15 minutes ago. Going for honeymoon in May
