Poll about service comments
Just curious - how often do you turn in a comment card (or post a comment on the Marriott web site)? In general are your comments positive or negative? If you have changed your Marriott Rewards level over the years, have you posted more or less with advancing or declining status?
On average I turn in positive comments about exceptional service about 1-2 times per month. I am always amazed at how grateful these employees are when I tell them I have done this. Have you had the same experience? |
I usually fill them out online following my visits. I save the in-room comment card for things that may be broken or missing.
I have also sent letters to GMs about outstanding service from his/her minions. In one case, I sent a letter to some VP about the outstanding service provided directly by a GM. I received a thank you letter from the GM. |
