I had a $55.00 bogus charge last month at a Marriott. I called as soon as I checked my e-folio and saw the difference and had it reversed. After 2 weeks, the money still was not credited back to my card and I had to call again. The 2nd call was to the manager and was taken care of promptly with a heck of an apology. I tend to watch this very close as I've been hit with other bogus charges such as unused internet in the past too.
