EEO Question
 

So I have to be in NYC next Saturday morning for work, and I am staying there on the company dime Friday night. I decided....heck I will just take a flight home on Sunday and use my EEO to get Saturday night free. So tonight, I call the Platinum line and they set me up with the second night free at the Marriott East Side in NYC and said it was available for use with the voucher.

Well tonight I am reading the back of that sucker and it appears that the MArriott East Side is excluded.

Should I just assume everything is kosher and tempty fate or should I call back for clarification. hmmmmmmmmm

Well....I called back and anoither rep told me it was not valid......very nice....Man am I glad I read the back of the cert instead of taking their word for it....

I wouldn't necessarily assume the second rep knew more than the first. Instead, I'd directly call the hotel. It's not unusual for a property to waive a restriction as to a promotional rate.
