Does MR compare other Hotel programs?
 

Does Marriott compare the status of other Hotel programs, like IC Priority Club or Hilton HHonors? If yes, any addresses?

If you're looking for a status comp, you ought to be able to make a business case for them:

1. Previous history of hotel stays.
2. Elite status in one or more other chains.
3. Stays booked with Marriott, and the promise of more to come.

Be prepared to come up with some documentation.

Not sure of the address, but Marriott's website can point you either to headquarters (in Salt Lake City) or a toll-free number you can call to get you started.

Most likely comp with a decent history is to Gold. Silver is too easy. Platinum is much rarer. Gold may very well be good enough.

Finally, status comps are usually a one-time thing. If you do it now and waste it, you probably won't be able to get a comp in the future when you really need it.
