MVC bonus miles posting?
 

I'm having difficulties getting the 4K UA miles promised by MVC following a stay for presentation of a timeshare in Majorca. After noticing they had not posted after nearly 12 weeks of the stay I rang them up to be told no miles were due as I'd used a spa voucher. None of that was mentioned in the invitation nor when I was offered the voucher (as compensation for mega pool being still under construction) and anyway the voucher could not be used as the spa was fully booked. I was told they'd check their records and if correct they'd post the miles.

Is this a one off or is it the usual revenge for not buying a timeshare? :p
