Blackberry Offer Question

Good morning - I did a search for this, but nothing came up, so if anyone is looking for a free blackberry (contingent on a cingular contract), here is a deal.

The question is... when reading the info about it, the details only say "Book a Room," not book and stay. While I would think stay is implied, the way it is setup leads me to think that you could do this only with a booking, which may never get used. Thoughts?

The same offer is available elsewhere like Papa Johns pizza :D. I think you will have to actually stay to get the Marriott offer though.
