Marriott At Your Service
 
I read newspaper saying that marriott start At your service,pre-arrival planning service and Virtual Concierge, but I didnot get any this kind of service even though I am a member...

Are there someone who got this kind of service?

I typically get an email about a week before my stay with a bunch of information that I don't really make use of.

Perhaps your spam filter is blocking this?

I agree with albatross. I just received an email for an upcoming stay on Sunday. There are many electronic links to weather, transportation, and hotel information. It repeats the rate, dates, and room type information that I have booked..

I like getting the reminder. God forbid, I should have a room booked I don't plan to use - but if I did, this would let me know.

It seems to vary by hotel. If the property supports the "virtual concierge", it will be shown in the upper left of your stay reminder email.

Believe it or not, that already happened. Last week I got an email reminding me of my reservation for the night of July 4th at a hotel I stayed in a couple of weeks ago. Someone at the hotel must have rebooked me by accident, or my MR number was entered into someone else's reservation by mistake. Either way, it was a reservation I did not make or need. By cancelling the reservation after reading the email, I probably saved myself a charge on my credit card. Though, if it was someone else's reservation I suppose there could have been some confusion for them at check in.
