FAX not working?
 

Has anyone tried FAXing in anything to the MR # recently? I've been trying all weekend, even in the middle of the night, and still never get an answer.

From what I understand, the 801-468-4033 is the main fax line going to MR reps for missing stays, and it goes directly to an electonic fax server (no fax machines involved). Sometimes, when call volumes are high, you can't get through (even in the middle of the night).

This should tell you something about how many missing stays there are on a daily basis. I've heard figures quoted that the MR office receives from 1000-3000 faxes of missing stays daily, depending on the volume of business.
