Platinum - 2 rooms
 

Couldn't find a definitive answer whilst searching....

As a platinum/gold (which I'm not yet ;)), if you book two rooms, are you 'entitled' to upgrades on both rooms (subject to availablility blah de blah), likewise for (platinum) welcome gift. I'm taking some friends away for a vacation and would be keen to know where I stand on this.

Perhaps searching here would work better. Scroll down the page to #4 under Platinum and Gold Membership. Quoted below:

"Room Upgrade: Suites not included; upgraded accommodations at no additional charge. Based on room availability and limited to a member's personal guestroom."

Although that's the official policy, I believe it's up to the individual property on how far they want to go with it. I've booked two rooms for 7 people and both were upgraded to the C-Floor and provided with platinum arrival gifts. No complaints from me :-)

Just assume you're not entitled to it, and be happy if they provide it...
