Has anyone had experience with the new online EEO Certificate? My concern stems from the fact that they also sent out the traditional packets (which I won't get because I was just made gold on April 1st).
Any help would be greatly appreciated...as we are looking to give one of the certificate to my inlaws

I haven't used/received one yet, but did see one briefly. The front desk supervisor at Santa Ynez Marriott showed me one she had just received. She thought they were a bit strange, but didn't seem to have any problems taking it.
