FF miles posting to wrong partner?
 

Hi,

I occasionally stay at a Marriott hotel in the UK, and had originally chosen to collect British Airways miles with my stays. However, I changed it on my profile 3 months ago to AirMiles, and every stay since then has had confirmation at the bottom of my bill "We will credit your AirMiles account xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".

So why is their system still sending my FF miles to BA??? :mad:

I have called them up every time to get the miles recredited to the right place, but if anyone has an idea why it's happening in the first place, I would love to save myself the calls and get it fixed for good.
