Does the Marriott Champs D'ellyses offer an airport shuttle to and from Heathrow ?

Does the hotel have a concierge lounge and how is it ?

Heathrow is in London. That would be quite the airport shuttle. I assume you mean CDG.

There is a taxi service from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports which costs approx 38 Euro or you can go to the Air France Shuttle Bus Service at either airport. The shuttle comes every 20 minutes and will cost you 8 Euros at Charles de Gaulle and 6 Euros at Orly.

In regards to your second questions, this property does not have a concierge lounge.
