Need email for GM at JW in DC
 

Should anyone have the email address for Charlie Perkins GM at the JW Marriott in Washington DC please PM or post. The hotel will not provide that information including his secretary.

I find it incredulous that the manager shelters himself from customers like that.

I doubt it is really the GM trying to "shelter" themselves from customers so much as it's the GM knowing that if his e-mail address hits the internet or even this board he would be swamped with non-stop questions about upgrading and amenities and various other things that are not his responsibility to worry about on a day to day basis.
