Room not cleaned??
 

Hello,

I'm staying at the Renaissance Bedford (near Boston). I left the room as usual at about 7am and came back as normal around 7pm...my room was not cleaned today.

Weird. I've been a plat for 4 years and this is a first. Have I just been lucky in the past?

Is this a big deal?
