Enhanced Confirm or Cancel on Marriott Web Site
 

Just checked some of my reservations today using the "confirm or cancel" option on the web site. Now it shows all my reservations, including Vacation club reservations and ones I made over the phone.

Now if they just will enhance it so you can CHANGE a reservation, that would be a big help!

Unfortunately, that only works for reservations made online. Most of mine are at a corp rate that I can't book online.

What I'd really like to see is it show *all* upcoming reservations that have your rewards number associated. I see no reason why they couldn't do this.

I guess I'm saying now I CAN see reservations I did not make on the computer, but ones made over the phone and through the Vacation Club. Try it and see (make sure your MR# is on the reservation).

Thanks for the info. I rarely book on anything but the web, mostly because I wanted to be able to see the info on line. This is great news.

Yeah, no dice. I sign in, go to confirm or cancel off the home page, and it says "Sorry there are no reservations associated to your profile". I put in the conf number of a stay that starts tomorrow night, it comes up just fine.

I'm going to be booking a bunch tomorrow, I'll check again after I do.

I'm seeing every reservation that I have, including several that were booked directly with the hotel at a deep discount and several in the fall on special rate that did not show on line when I booked the room over the phone. I'm not sure why you could not see a res booked a corp rate.

And they are all in chronological by reservation date order!

Just made 3 more a little bit ago, got the email confirmations already, but nothing on the confirm/cancel page. Are you getting to it some way other than the link on the home page? (after signing in)

I'm logging in through the web page on the regular confirm/cancel link.

The reservations visible on the web site are pulled up using your MR number. I had a bunch that I originally made using my MR number. After I called to have them changed over to another traveller in my group, they still show up for me.
