Unable to complete award booking online?
Hello. I've tried 5-6 times to make an award booking today online. When I hit the final submit, I keep getting an error. It's for a reservation I don't have all the points for yet. Anyone else experiencing issues?

Since calling is a nonstarter right now, I just booked a Hilton instead.

I was just able to book one week at the NYC Ren online using points without the required number of points in my account. I got the "See You There" message and it shows in my account as a booked reservation. It also included the dreaded destination fee.

Thank you. I just tried again, but it still errors out at the very end.
