Moxy..Food and Beverage Amenity
Could anybody advise me if as a Matched Platinum I can expect anything other than a Bag of Chips and a Bottle of Water. I am new to Marriott, thanks to SPG Merger/Take Over. The deal is so ambiguous.

At the Moxy Tempe, I was offered my choice of ONE (non-alcoholic) item from the Pick-Ups Fridge (next to the bar), or 200 points. So you might get a bag of chips OR a bottle of water or soda, but probably not both.

Where are you talking about? I have used the Moxy in Tokyo and two in London - in London was given the choice of breakfast or 200 points at one and a Ł10 casino chip towards food beverage at another - in Tokyo we were given breakfast and drinks vouchers - we were very impressed.

Moxy Minneapolis Uptown last week I got both the 200 points and the casino chip (which is still in my bag).

At the Moxy by LIN. I was given breakfast and a casino chip for both of us as a Plat. It’s my first Moxy and I liked it a lot better than any CY

At Moxys (or is it Moxies?) I am usually offered a welcome cocktail (choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic). The cocktails have a purple color, similar to the purple of the Moxy brand. As a Plat guest I am also given Casino chips which can be redeemed for most drinks from the fridge (beer and energy drinks are included, wine and champagne are not) or a cocktail at the bar. I still receive a 200 points welcome gift. Much better than the welcome at CYs.

Update..
The Paltinum Amenity at The Moxy Vienna Airport a $170 a Night Room rate due to The World Cup in Russia, lots of European going via Vienna. Was,dont hold your breath, and get too excited...a 2 Euro Bag of Nuts. I found this and the whole Moxy Experience a total Rip Off..It makes Aloft almost 5 Star. However the Classic for me,being an Airport Hotel, was that there are no Wake/Up Arrangements whatsever...No Room Phones, No Radio Alarm.and I was told Marriott H.O. Had recently removed the Alarm System from The HighTech TV System. Sorry this Concept is not for me. . Something you get on a Basic $250 FlatScreen at Walmart.

Isn't that also the brand that touts the fact that there's no kettle or hot water heater in the room for coffee and tea?

I was advised by Reception that this Facility on The Moxy's very High tech TV more than your regular Hotel TV, had had the Alarm Call facility removed on Instructions from Marriott Head Office. I certainly never managed to locate the system. Hence my question to reception on check-out and their response.
