unable to cancel or change reservation on website b/c it is "in progress"
I've noticed on several occasions that the Marriott website gets aggressive and shows a reservation as "in progress" up to 2 days before scheduled check-in, which is prior to the cancellation cutoff for some rate rules. When the site shows the reservation as in progress, it can't be cancelled or changed on the website. Well, my question is, is this what you are all seeing, or am I missing an option to make updates?
