Marriott Customer Care
Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with Marriott Customer Care? No one ever answers (800)535-4028. I waited 45 minutes yesterday when I went through Customer Service who tried unsuccessfully to get them on the phone. No one ever answered. . So far today, it is 20 minutes and I just got cut off. I have a constructive comment about a Marriott property we recently visited. It is not a complaint but believe me I am adding a complaint to my original reason for calling. Any hints will be appreciated.

I have found the chat feature on marriott.com to be surprisingly prompt and effective.

Using the Contact Us form (the first link exoz95 provided) is probably your best bet when providing a compliment or comment about a hotel. It will take less time than calling. When you call, the agent is basically entering information into a form that gets sent out to the hotel. Using the form removes the middleman/woman from the process since all he or she is doing is transcribing what you say.

Marriott Insiders has Marriott employees trolling/posting because Marriott administers/controls that site. Marriott has been responsive on that site. Also, try the executive in charge of customer care at (301) 380-2821. The exec will not personally answer, but it will be someone in Bethesda who can connect you to an elevated resource. If that is no longer the correct number, try (301) 380-3000 which is the main corporate number. Over a dozen years ago what used to be called Mr. Marriott's office worked with me on an issue and ultimately solved it by establishing a company wide policy still in place today.
