No they got rid of it. :(
RIP |
Today I cannot expand details on any upcoming reservations. When I click "details" in the trip list, it just jumps to the top. They find something new every week.

Yet another case of marketing being allowed to drive the ship....and sinking it.
I still intermittently can't print/download bills, it still can't seem to remember if I'm signed in or if someone else is signed in, signing out doesn't sign out, upcoming reservations don't show rate codes/conditions... It's a complete an utter mess... but it looks sooooo pretty, like literally, sparklie!!! |

Was trying to make reservations early this morning for next week. Took forever, clicking on the option to pick by brand and basically just locked up in a loop.
Seems like they would want to make it easier for someone who just wants full service properties in Chicago ... then had a few reservations to cancel and it wouldn't let me do that either. Finally, just logged into the UK website and took care of it easily. It really shouldn't take me 30 minutes to make 3 reservations. Does anybody test this garbage code? |

marriott.co.uk is no longer working.... Any idea if possible to use the older web site still?
https://www.marriott.com/rewards/rewards-program.mi# I'm not sure it's "the" older web site you're looking for or not. (It's one that still shows lifetime points.) |

This is slightly older:

I tried to make a reservation this morning but it rejected my CC.
I always use this CC but manually entered the data twice and still no go. Anyone else face this issue with the Marriott web on a pc (W10) using Chrome and/or Edge? Edited to say that these reservations were for Ghana and Nigeria which refused my AMEX but accepted a Visa. |
Last night when I tried to book a reservation, the website said, "Our servers are being stupid" and obviously was down. Quite unprofessional.
I also miss being able to see all of the Marriott properties in an area, even ones which have no availability. Can't do this with the new site. I also can't see the rate codes & rate terms on the new site either, leaving me to do screen shots before booking. |
not sure if it will be helpful to anyone else...
look like they haven't fully hide the old page yet on the UK web site just yet. Found an older saved link to view activity and edit it with UK web site (i.e. co.uk) and it still work: https://www.marriott.co.uk/Channels/rewards/myAccount/activitySubmit-uk.mi?accountActivityFromDate=01%2F05%2F17&account ActivityToDate=07%2F05%2F18&activityType=&activity TypeDescription=&statementDateRange=Last+12+months &transactionsRecordsPerPage=9999&unusedCertsRecord sPerPage=99 You will edit the URL yourself for the date range that you want, as once you click and make changes on the page will revert to the new format. --- Added about LT status --- btw, if you click the "NIGHTS" on this page, you will view your LT status that including the LT points as well. |

Help! I've lost Marriott's hotel grids.
Ah I see everyone else is having problems to.
I'm now seeing they've taken away the function on the front page to change the currency for all the hotels in my search. To get the price I have to click through each room in each hotel, do a dummy booking, then a currency calculator appears on the top tool bar (hoping to remember what the amount was), fill in the box which then gives an estimated price per room. There are 19 hotels in Spain do Marriott really think someone is going to go through them all one by one or that people would buy without knowing how much the price was in their own currency? |
They haven't done a thing in many months to improve/fix the piece of garbage website. Totally dysfunctional.

Since yesterday can't view or change a confirmation... temporary solution
We cant view or change confirmation on marriott.com since yesterday... i found a workaround but using firefox and installing these two add-ons
addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/mobile-view-switcher/ addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/uaswitcher/ Selected a droid tablet and restarted the browser. Then went on the main landing page marriott.com at bottom right and clicked on "
My colleague had the first tracking option selected so i had him clicked the others two but went back to the first traking option and click accepted. It restored whatever tracking and now he can too see, modify or cancel reservations again... |
