I am getting "Unable to Sign In. We love our members ..." error message when trying to log in.

Is Marriott.com web site down?

Yes it is. Mobile apps too.

Ugh. Came here just to check if other people were having problems too.

Had this signin problem yesterday AM (about this time). Having it again.

Appears to be back up and running. Well, at least the website. Not the Mobile apps.

I'm having all sorts of trouble with it today. Can log in - but when I try to search and book get blocked with bad gateway messages, site not found, etc. Ridiculous.

Don't know if this will help anyone else but part of my problem with the website was that I was using an old Favorites link to get to it. When I instead entered the name of the website I got a different page that worked OK, at least at that time. I get lazy sometimes and forget to update the links in my Favorites.

Same. VERY annoying.

The site isn't "down" its just "improved": Is a new Marriott website on the way?

Oh yes. totally improved :rolleyes: I HATE the new java or whatever technology they use now. It's like IHG. Sluggish and slow when scrolling through hotels and reservations. Who designs these things? I want speed not fancy!

At this point, I would settle for usable. :D

I have a stay tomorrow and it doesn't show under the "My Reservations" section. When I search for it manually by plugging in my name, confirmation number and arrival date and it finds it.

The list of my seven future stays isn't chronological by stay date. I think its sorted by date the reservation was made?
