Thanks David. On some of the properties it's been a while since I've done updates (I call each property in the US), so am going to update the entire sticky over the next couple of weeks, probably calling 30 minutes a day. And we haven't had recent reports on Hawaii, so appreciate those.

Adding my lounge experiences from past month of bis and leisure travels
Property 1
1) City/State/Country/Property Name
Illinois, Chicago - JW Marriott Chicago
2) Lounge is Open or Closed on weekends;
Closed on Weekends, open weekends for breakfast only (cont'l or full)
Only had 1 guest with me.
It was a key card access, staff doesn't check upon entry, so breakfast was extremely crowded.
You can clearly tell some guest rotate and brought in multiple guests in for food.
The service staff was a delight, constant replenishment of food,
3) if the lounge is closed, if it's still room key accessible on the weekends for sodas/water;
Deadlock - no access at all.
Try the gym/pool in the basement, they stock chilled bottled water and light fresh fruit (green apples/bananas)
4) if the exec lounge offers free i-net & whether it's terminals or wireless
Yes and yes.
5) date you know the info was valid (ie, 06/14)

Closed on ALL Weekend, key card won't work, doors are dead lock.
Continental breakfast provided at restaurant, upcharge of $8 per pax.
Front desk, waiters were sneaky, no one advised us hot food was additional charge until payment.
Complaint upon check out, front desk begrudgingly waived the fees.
My take is take the points and skip the cont'l bfast, it's just a miserable fruit bar with some cheap yoghurt. Hot food was not worth the $8 extra.

They have a menu I think it's 1 hot item + 1 cold item and a drink of choice. Additional hot item upcharge for $4.
Roof top bar provide free flow complimentary wine during happy hour, I think it was 5.30pm-7.30pm.

No lounge - but they have a gym with a water fountain.

- Florida, Orlando - Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive/Convention Center
- No lounge, free complimentary breakfast, good array of hot and cold items
- Front desk set ups a snack bar every night with light fruits, bottled water, beverages, coffee and tea
It was a nice touch, like a mini concierge lounge for all guests to enjoy.
Property 7
- Atlanta, Georgia - AC Hotel Atlanta
- No lounge, was given $10 food/beverage coupon for drinks or purchase at the lobby mini bar
- Restaurant breakfast looks lean and sad, no hot food. Only cheese/croissants/salamis/fruit/yogurt
- Gym provided water fountain for water refill

Hotel Republic in San Diego

I stayed at the Hotel Republic for one night, and I received a $15/night food and beverage credit at either Trade, the lobby restaurant and bar, or Patio Marketplace, a grab and go/casual cafe. Based on the question upon checking out, I think the $15/night credit might be for up to two guests. The French toast is $16 and has a generous portion size, but the price of a cup of coffee is $5. All in, I was still out of pocket $12 after the credit was applied for the breakfast below.

Renaissance Reno Downtown:
Lounge hours. In lieu of breakfast on weekends elites get a coupon for $15 each at the restaurant. Most entrees range from $11-16 though juice is a staggering $5. We got a $30 credit for two and ended up about $10 out of pocket on two entrees and two coffees.

Lounge open for continental breakfast Friday from 6:30am-9:00am; Saturday and Sunday from 6:30am to 10:00am. Sunday is also open from 5:30pm to 10:00pm.
