Is Residence Inn Phoenix Airport Closing or Leaving Marriott?
Bookings for this property are apparently not being taken past October 31. There are plenty of other Marriott options near PHX. but I'm still wondering if this is being rebranded or if it's closing. Anyone have a clue?

Could be they haven't loaded inventory yet.

Residence Inn Phoenix Airport is taking reservations through check-out on March 3, 2018, on Marriott.com.

Perhaps, are you using a rate code that might not be available past October 31, 2017?
