I spent 2 x one-night stays here two weeks ago and neither stay has posted. Both stays were booked directly on line and they knew I was Platinum and confirmed at check in that I wanted the 250 bonus points.

What is normal? A subsequent stay at The Majestic KL posted the next day. Is this a manual process that is failing at the hotel or what? I've read elsewhere of points failing to post from this place.

I echo some of the comments above. Actually quite a nice hotel, but let down by staff. At check-in, reception insisted my room was without breakfast (even though I’d booked a breakfast inclusive rate). No points have posted, and the UK Amex SPG card has not recognised it as a Marriott so no double points.

Thanks for the update - and for your first post on FT!

Cheers.
