Where are qualifying charges detailed?

I did a search and was wondering if there is a simple list of what qualifying charges are for a stay?

For example is Parking (valet or self) at a Marriott property considered qualifying. How about resort fees?

I know the standard stuff (room, dining, movies, etc.) but some of these others are not detailed anywhere I can find.

TIA

It should answer most, but not all your questions. For example, "third party-provided goods and services" at Marriott properties do not qualify for Points, but it's not always clear whether a something is provided by the hotel or by a third party.

I read that, but its not really clear, except for the phrase on 'third party ..." I was hoping to find something a bit more clear, with example of standard stuff, like parking, resort fees, etc..

The point is that there is not always a simple, uniform answer. Parking and other services could be third-party or could be part of the hotel. Is the hotel just charging something to your folio as a convenience?

Some things are easy. Taxes never qualify. I would hope that room rates and resort fees would always qualify.
