transfer to swa question

hello, I have 362K marriott points and i need swa miles in 2 different accounts. i am hoping i can do this quickly as i need the miles next month. i am trying to figure out the best way to transfer them. this is what i have figured out for a plan so far.

account 1( here i need 110K miles)
miles and flight redemption for 120K swa miles=270K points

account 2(here i need 53K miles, or as close as i can get)
25K miles transfer for 70K points
5K miles transfer for 20K points(seems like the ratio would be better if i could do these at one time but online they only list these set transfers)

am i missing something? a better way to do this? some reason what i have planned wont work? I am willing to outlay some cash if it makes this better just trying to avoid spending too much. i do have the swa credit card for account 2 to finish up whatever i need to after the transfers.

thanks in advance for any advice

This just shows you how much better the travel packages are than the ala carte points for miles redemptions. I'm assuming for account 1 you are doing a travel package. That will also get you SWA's companion pass. With only 90K left you're well short of another travel package and those ala carte redemptions are an awful value. If you have any Chase ultimate rewards points it maybe worthwhile to go that route and transfer directly to SWA for account 2.

The only problem is utilizing the 7 night stay...
