Travel is so personal it's hard for others to give advice that would fit you exactly, but there have been some good recommendations.

Like Delta said above, consider buying up to a travel package that includes air. If you've never been to Europe, I would really consider it. But a Ritz somewhere in the Caribbean is great as well. You'll enjoy whatever vacation you choose to take.
