Yes. They should also have the Lobby redone by then. Not sure on the restaurants, but within walking distance are a ton of good options. If you come after October 15th then Joe's Stone Crab is open too. Season opens mid October. Joe's to go next door is a great option too. They serve a killer breakfast that the locals eat frequently. You will laugh, but order the Fried Chicken at Joe's and thank me later.
