I just stayed at this hotel and can confirm that the rooms are being refurbed also. You can specifically book refurbed rooms at a slightly higher price.

As of one week ago the lounge still was not re-opened. I believe it will open sometime in September.

The bonus is for everyone...

Stayed this weekend in the new wing... The new rooms are much better than the other rooms. New shower design and room was clean and with new furniture.

I can recommend this hotel, just as long as the room is in the new wing.
