Marriott Challenge completed - how good is status for?
I asked for a Marriott Gold challenge and achieved it earlier in the year (June). The card they sent me shows expiration of 2/2015. Because I completed the challenge this year - will I have Gold for the full year next year? I tried to check online and I don't see any indication of when my Gold expires.
The main reason I ask is, I'm at 37 nights right now -- so if I plan my stays properly, I should be able to get 50 -- but does it make a difference right now whether or not I cross the 50 threshold or not? I don't know if I care about earning rollover nights, because if anything, I'll barely make 50 for the full year.
