Even with Skype, I too would probably start with an email: Marriott usually responds pretty quickly. In this case, I hope they'd resolve this one without much difficulty. Obviously if it's check-in day, then a different story.
The other challenge...calling from Asia...the Marriott Rewards people aren't 24x7. Shouldn't be too big of an issue to find a time but it is a consideration... |
