I got the 45k bonus... I still believe Marriott could do a better job for the high spenders (ie, those who easily stay over 50 or 60 nights in three months... basically, those of us who live in a Marriott).

It's frustrating to me that Marriott's promotions leave a gap around May, as I've already booked 9 nights so far for May, with possibly a few more to come. Argh!

My offer is slightly different than what I've seen in this thread so far: Earn 20,000 bonus points after 12 paid nights, plus an additional 10,000 bonus points after 18 paid nights, up to 30,000 bonus points.

1. Is there any confirmation that the double points earning begins with the second stay or the third stay?
2. I have a stay with a checkout date of June 1. Will that count as the first stay, or must the checkout date be June 2?

I got the standard 15 for 25K, 20 for 35K promo.
This is reinforcing my decision (noted in the "Is Platinum "all that" thread) to go ahead an use my extra nights this year to re-gain Hilton Diamond. Diamond HH status is worth far more than the 25K I'd likely earn with this promo.
