Park City Summer Pool Comparison

Planning for a Park City, Utah stay at either Summit Watch or Mountainside. Kids love pools. Which pool would you choose? Any other items we should consider in choosing? Thanks.

We're owners at Mountainside and have stayed there every ski season for the past 10 years. While we've visited Summit Watch we've never actually stayed there nor physically saw the pool. With regard to Mountainside, the Pool is HUGE and there are 6 hot tubs to enjoy during cool evenings in the summer. From what I know of Summit Watch, the pool isn't near as big.

Other things to consider are how much you want to do in town vs. on the mountain. Mountainside has the most convenient access for on mountain activities like mountain biking, hiking, etc. Summit Watch is very convenient to town activities like shopping, dining, etc. Access between both is a simple 5-10 minute free bus ride so it really ends up being a decision of convenience more than anything.

Hope this helps.

Thank you. The pool is one of our primary decision points. Mountainside it is!

I've stayed at both and the pool area is much larger/nicer at Mountainside.
